This poptop has been very well looked after, I am the second owner,
It has single beds with as new inner spring mattresses, all the bedding to go with it.
Double wardrobe with mirror between beds.
This poptop has had every conceivable extra put on it, and no cost spared.
All the following was fitted when I bought it a year ago.
2 X 160 watt solar panels, running 2 X 100 AHR AGM batteries. Solar panels are on the roof, batteries are in battery boxes in front boot. The roof has gas struts on to make it easier to lift with the solar panels on. There is also a battery charger for if you are on mains power and your batteries need charging when there is no sun. 12 volt plug in front boot, and on outside of van with TV plug near door.
The solar monitor is in the front boot with the batteries, so I had one fitted in the van so I can watch the power. This is programmed so you know how much you are using, and have left in batteries.
24 inch 12/240 volt TV only 12 months old, fitted to a swivel bracket. TV doesnt need to be taken off when travelling due to position of the bracket. The antenna is a powered Winegard which is raised and lowered from inside the van.
There is a 4 point 12 volt plug with 2 USB plugs wired into the 12 volt plug behind TV. This gives you extra plugs for your 12 volt appliances.
There are heaps of power points in the van, all double, as the single ones were changed to double. There is a Victorian Certificate of Electrical Safety for the changed power points beside each bed.
All lighting has been changed to LED and are all 12 volts. There are lights above each bed, and one beside the table.
Van even has a safe in the front cupboard. I forgot to take a photo of it. It is bolted to the floor from the inside of the safe, so cannot easily be taken out. It is combination and key lock to open and close. It’s easy to change the combination.
A 12 volt jockey wheel which is wired direct to battery, as well as an almost new standard ALKO jockey wheel.
Van has got Electronic Stability Control on it. This is run through a RED 20 amp Anderson plug to tow vehicle.
There is a fixed grey water tank fitted underneath the van, with the option for the water to be either collected, or run out through a hose.
Fridge is a Dometic 3 way, with an Anderson plug running to the front, so you have the option to run the fridge on 12 volts through your tow vehicle while driving. I have an isolator on my car, so the battery doesnt go flat when the car is turned off. Can run on gas through 2 X 9kg gas bottles, it only had one on it when I got it. I will sell it with two full bottles.
It has a microwave oven, gas stove with grilled and Range hood which is 12 volt., no oven. 4 hotplates, 3 gas and one electric. Cover on cook top has to be up to light each hot plate. They can’t be lit while its down.
Heron 2.2 reverse cycle air conditioner for those hot and cold days.
The only things that require 240 volt piwer, are air conditioner, microwave, kettle and power points, everything else is on the solar batteries, including all lighting which is LED.
I have a Thetford 165 Porta Potti, which hasnt been used, with brand new cover. A bottle of each chemical will come with it.
Van has an awning on door side and an annexe, which I don’t use, which I have at home.
All 3 tyres are as new, spare is on back bar.
Heaps of cupboards as you can see in the photos.
It has a 12 volt Siricco fan, hard wired at the end of one of the beds. Two fire extinguishers, as the main one is near the door, great if there is a fire at the front, and you’re at the back, not, and a fire blanket. Smoke alarm and gas alarm as well which is under the table, this folds out.
I had the foot pump for the water replaced with a 12 volt Shurewell pump with a switch. The pump only runs when water is flowing. The tap on the right of the sink doesnt work, I haven’t had it checked, as it wasn’t working when I bought the poptop.
This poptop comes with all bedding including 2 brand new Doona covers, grey water and water hoses, 15 metre 15 amp power cord which is 12 months old. It will come with crockery, cutlery and pot, pans and electric frypan and electric kettle, almost new and even mop and broom.
This van has everything in it ready for you to hook up and go.
The van is not being used and is having a full clean and service before delivery. It has 12 months Victorian registration from next month. This has been paid.

Your tow vehicle will need to have 2 Anderson plugs, one grey 50 amp for 12 volt for fridge, and a red 20 amp one for Electronic Stability Control.
Lighting is a 7 pin round plug on van, with an adapter to change to 7 pin flat if needed.
Length of van is, living area 17 foot 6 inches, total length 21 foot 8 inches from tow hitch to end of spare wheel.
Tare is 1450kg, ATM IS 1736KG. Ball weight as it is now is about 210kg due to safe in front, LPG cylinders, solar batteries and what is in the front boot.
All the extras were installed where the van is, except the solar and Electronic Stability Control which were done before I picked the van up.
